CLIENT: Pennswood Village Newsletters

Pennswood Village, a continuing care retirement community located in Newtown, PA, requested FEA design a new, bi-yearly newsletter that would be used to keep in contact with current residents, waiting list recipients and prospective residents. FEA created a fresh, new look for Pennswood that was well received by the client.  Shortly after creating the newsletter, FEA was asked to create an updated weekly bulletin that could be maintained in-house by the community. FEA created an attractive, friendly and colorful bulletin design that was provided in a template format along with guidelines and suggestions for future use.  The weekly bulletin was also well received in the community.

 

In addition to newsletters, FEA provides ad campaigns, ad/marketing/web budget services, negotiates rates, places ads in publications, develops online ads, brochures, newsletters, direct mail, directs photoshoots, submits online press releases and photos to publications as well as updates Pennswood Village's website.
